Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Leazo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Leazo is a property management and room-finding platform operated by Leazo ("we", "us", or "our").
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
- You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
- You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Leazo and its licensors.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Leazo.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Leazo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
